Through my veteran tenure in the hiring game, it still continues to astound me just how many post-interview debriefs I go through with candidates that say—
“Well, they didn’t really ask me anything …”
“They did most of the talking.”
“I didn’t get a chance to talk about my experience in ABC (insert topic super relevant to the job).”
