Terrific 2’s for Invisible Partners.

Reflections, learnings, the story so far.

Having a clear purpose is what carried me through the tougher times of running my own thing. I am so determined to give organisations (without the budget or sophistication of their larger counterparts) access to the very best hiring outcomes and talent acquisition strategies. On the other side of the coin, I am equally passionate about giving my amazing ‘invisible workforce’ access to ‘people problems’ to solve on a flexible basis so they can live life AND earn a living without sacrificing either. It’s an incredibly propelling combination that drives me more than anything has before.

#LivingMyBestLife.

For the first time in a long time I am doing work that I love while being available and present for my family. I can make decisions about school volunteering, impromptu zoo visits, generally having more time to unplug. All the while I'm still delivering kick ass outcomes for my clients. There are 24 hours in every day and I use them all!

Often it’s said ‘I wish I’d done this sooner’ but I know the timing was right for me 2 years ago, and no earlier. I needed to know what I now know, have felt what I then felt, which urged the burning commitment to be the ultimate change I wanted to see.

Having the right team in place is everything.

I stumbled across Lauren Keane through a mutual contact. Little did I know that she would be able to connect to my vision so well that she brought my brand to life, through the story of Nina. The clever copy has injected a clear personality to the iP story, putting into words the initially pull I had for creating this business. Having my old friend Sadie by side through the journey was not only super cool but a big confidence boost. I’d also like to take a beat to thank some of our earliest supporters. Supporters in the shape of clients, champions and Talent Partners alike Dora Kordakis, Tania Hunter Tara Crowe, Yasmin Appleby, Mardi Versteegen, Vanessa Lyons, Amy Childs, Eveline Gorbaty, Kirsten Schneider, Andrea Hatcher, Fiona Close, Hannah Robinson and Tina Cooper.

I’m forever grateful to the people who have touched this company and propelled its growth. We now have a great team bringing a vibrant energy and passion into the future. Cheers to you all!

Vision for growth and expansion.

We are growing at a phenomenal rate and I’m pumped to take our model to the world. #2020wearecomingforyou
