Sarah Piper
People strategist, untraditional HR and talent acquisition go-getter, founder and the original Invisible Partner. Sarah Piper has over 18 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, having led and managed diverse teams across Australia, the UK and South East Asia. Having launched businesses from scratch herself, Sarah knows exactly what it takes to build teams that don’t just do a job, but that form a community and culture that build, evolve, and stand the test of time.
Sadie Carr
Sadie has over 15 years of recruiting experience both within agency and corporate roles, across a broad range of disciplines and industries. Since April 2019 Sadie has been working with Invisible Partners as the key recruitment consultant for a number of our wonderful clients. Her ability to dive straight into any issues and to identify and solve recruitment issues on a specific or large scale is her strength.
Fiona Close
Fiona is an accomplished recruiter, who has extensive experience in 360 degree recruitment, research, talent mapping and sourcing are her strengths. With 20 years experience of both in house and consultancy environments, Fiona is extremely adept at evaluating talent and placing the hard to find roles.
Lauren Keane
Lauren is not a recruiter… but she is a coffee fanatic and spreadsheet lover with a grandiose of experience across operations, executive assistance, client experience, office management, social media, content creation and events. Lauren works ‘behind-the-scenes’ in businesses, driving productivity and growth and has been doing just that for Invisible Partners since 2018.
Natasha Hosein
Natasha is known for her ability to deliver on really niche and talent scarce Talent Acquisition projects. From building a team of Microbiologists who needed deep experience in dairy through to hiring 20+ Project Engineers to work in rural Victoria. She has a strong capacity to understand requirements and uses a range of effective strategies to source and select strong talent, with her project management skills also being an asset.
Tina Cooper
Tina is a Talent Acquisition Specialist. She is an experienced and driven recruiter, with exposure to building big brands, emerging businesses and diverse sectors. Tina is a true corporate generalist, able to turn her hand to multiple industries, levels and talent contexts, with deep experience Technology and Digital resourcing.
