Thinking of being a Partner?
Saddle up.
Founder Sarah Piper started Invisible Partners because she knew there had to be a better way to do recruitment – one that slips seamlessly into the ebbs and flows of business demands and personal plans. So she drew up the blueprint for Invisible Partners, and did some recruiting herself.
Joining Sarah and our Talent Partners means you’ll be initiated into a leadership group that shares education resources, values, and support. Each Partner will bring their own experience and be trained up with iP’s 7-step framework for talent acquisition. Then, when the timing and opportunity is right, you’ll be Partnered with a business that needs your help. They could be setting the wrong job expectations, looking in the wrong places, or need extra expertise for a big hiring project. Once the parameters are set, you’ll be dispatched to analyse, design and implement their new Invisible way of working.
What we look for
The desire to do things differently
Our Talent Partners are a free-roaming community of people experts. They need to be experienced enough to know that recruitment can be pushed in exciting new directions.
Team players
We work autonomously, but we’re still team players. The companies we partner with already have pre-established systems and hierarchies. You’ll meet great new people and sometimes you’ll have to take them out of their comfort zones. But know that you’ll have support from our HQ every step of the way.
Agility and flexibility
Chances are, becoming a Talent Partner won’t just be a new job, it’ll be a lifestyle change. Our Partners have taken breaks to train as professional athletes, start families and focus on new life goals. Flexibility is a must. So we want our team to be excited about working on a project-to-project basis. You’ll be able to read a room, problem-solve from all angles, and work to understand what a really client really needs (not just what they say they want).
Big-picture thinkers
We want people who want to see the forest from the inbox trays. We’re in the people business because human needs are fascinating. We’re always learning, so we need Partners who aren’t afraid to press delete and try something new.
