Soon after joining Widex, the complexity of recruitment in the Audiological industry become blindingly apparent. We have an increasing need for health specialists (Audiologists and Audiometrists) who can support our network expansion across geographically diverse locations and who fit our strict requirements for both technical expertise and customer experience prioritisation.  In the space of a few months, Sarah was able to review and analyse the market, develop a strategy that focused on leveraging the most productive search channels, establish and promote our EVP, and implement a full suite of talent acquisition technology and processes. All of this was achieved whilst collaborating effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders and creating an impressive candidate experience.
