The purpose of community

The sense of belonging is important to us. 

Working as a consultant, recruiter or in a People + Culture role for an organisation can often be isolating. We wanted to create a space where we could support each other and connect with one another and share stupid HR memes that no-one else would get. 

Plus it's just really cool to be part of a great network of likeminded individuals, regardless of what their employment status is.
